In addition to submitting your application for consideration, a non-refundable application fee of $15 is due. The application fee does not guarantee your spot in the market. Thrive Local with the Avenue Viera Town Center will review all applications and will decide whether or not Applicant is accepted. Applications will close on Friday, October 21. Applicants that are accepted will be notified by . If you are accepted, you will receive an invoice for $200 for your table spot (or $300 for a spot on the deck). Thrive Local and the Avenue Viera Town Center do not provide or rent tables, chairs, electricity or WiFi.
